When the Tide Rises All Ships Sail

Dear Travel Community,

This time last year marked the beginning of our changed way of living. We were faced with unprecedented times, heartache, fear, and grief. Many of our family and friends lost jobs. Lost family. We couldn't visit with those we love most. We saw the travel world crumble before our eyes. I cried with many of you when we had to cancel your trips. Each day brought more changes and even more uncertainty to our world.

Today, I want to say thank you. THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart, for your support during this time and over the last four years. Not only did my agency survive but we grew- and we did it because of you. We pushed forward to continue to provide your family with incredible future travel experiences and we couldn't have done it without your support.

As I reflect on a year of loss, I'm reminded of everything that has been gained. This last year brought so many changes to my business. I continued to plan for your future vacations, while the world was put on pause, in ways that would serve you better and streamline my business. I got to work on furthering my travel knowledge, I invested in my business and in YOU even more so.

Many travel businesses were forced to close their doors during this time. We will never lose sight that not all of our travel friends and co-workers survived this time. I am grateful to you.

We've leaned on each other during this time, we've given each other strength and support this year and I'm reminded of the saying, “When the tide rises all ships sail". We have built an amazing travel community, our tide is rising and I'm so thankful that you're a part of it.
